Gentri-sone 10g
Composition: Betamenthason dipropionat 6.40mg, Clotrimazol 100mg, Gentamicin sulfat as 10mg Gentamicin.
Indication:

Allergic and inflammatory dermatitis: acute and chronic eczema, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, dermatitis seborrheica, lichen simplex chronicus, psoriasis dermatitis, urticaria papulosa, psoriasis, pruritus (anus, pudenda).

Alopecia areata, first-degree burn, insect-bitten lesion, secondary dermatitis, dermatomycosis
Dosage and administration: A small amount of gentri-sone cream should be applied to the lesion one to several times daily.
Cautions:

This drug should not be administered to dermatitis and eczema come with skin infection, as a general rule. If use in necessary, however, first it should be given treatment with appopriate antibiotics, antifungals or considered combination with these drugs.

Avoid using over large surface areas, prolonged use and the addition of occlusive dressing except special cases because these conditions augment systemic absorption.

Do not administer for ophthalmic use.
Contraindication

Tuberculosis of the skin, herpes simplex, varicella, herpes zoster, vaccinal eruption, syphilis

Eczematoid external auditory meatus inflammation with drum membrane perforation.

Ulcer, profound bum above the second degree (scald), chilblain.

Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics, bacitracin and other ingredients of Gentri-sone.
Adverse reactions:

Surinfection cause by mycotic or bacterial maybe occur

When irritaion or rash occur, discontinue use

Using over large surface areas, prolonged use and the addition of occlusive dressing may cause side effects related to betamethasone: atrophy of epidermis, subcutaneous tissues, epidermal thinning, irritation, pruritus, flare, intumescence, papula, vesicula, acneiform eruption, etc, then discontinue use.
